VOBF 2024 provided agencies, organizations, and businesses with a platform to discuss market potential, emerging trends in solutions and technology, as well as newly enacted or revised policies and regulations. Moreover, the forum focused on analyzing the advantages and challenges of collaboration and business partnerships between enterprises. The Vietnam E-commerce Business Index (EBI) Report 2024 was also officially launched at this year's forum.

The E-commerce Index Report this year continues to highlight the need for implementing policies and solutions to address the three major issues mentioned above. Additionally, the Report recommends that state management agencies assess the current situation and issue policies and laws to promote online export activities, education technology (EdTech), and health technology (HealthTech). The level of participation in e-commerce platforms and multi-channel sales support technology platforms is crucial information when calculating the index scores. Due to the close correlation between the number of businesses and the average income of people in each locality with e-commerce, this information is considered when calculating the indices.

The second session of the forum, themed "Digital Growth," focused on the success stories of local brands that have experienced explosive growth thanks to the development of e-commerce. These businesses have successfully leveraged the potential of online sales channels and built unique strategies to attract customers. In this session, we will have the opportunity to listen to experts and businesses share valuable lessons from their journeys and provide useful suggestions for other businesses looking to enter the e-commerce market.
